I Help Leaders Align Who They Are With
How They Lead
Helping Leaders Move From Performance To Purpose
I've built my life and career on curiosity.
Alice in Wonderland was my favorite childhood book, and I learned to follow the white rabbit through doors others couldn't see. From my hometown in Alabama to a decade as an expat, from deep dive scuba diving to studying alternative medicine—I've always explored the depths, whether of oceans or the human spirit.
This curiosity led me through the highest stakes of private equity—$450B AUM Operating Partner, Talent Partner, Founder, Board Member—and into roles that matter even more: caregiver, daughter, sister, friend, mentor. As a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Presidential Leadership Scholar, and M.I.T. Entrepreneur Advisor, I've learned that leadership isn't just about scaling results. It's about aligning power with purpose. Getting deeply curious and asking better questions.
Who am I?
It's the hardest question to ever answer.
I'm not just one thing. I'm not just a coach. Or a strategist. Or a founder. I'm an accumulation of experiences—each one offering a different lens through which I help others lead.
What I Do Now, And Why It Works.
Today, I am living my portfolio life at the intersection of 3 things:
• What the world needs,
• What I love doing,
• What I’m good at.
I'm an advisor, coach, and keynote speaker.
After a 30 year diverse career, my mission is to help leaders use influence and power for good.
I am a strategic advisor and executive coach, and I speak on the topic of Intuition – our internal wisdom that we build through experience and risk. I'm passionate about designing an aligned and integrated life and career, rooted firmly in values.
I help leaders cut through noise to reach their most resonant frequency. It’s from that grounded place that power comes and the current flows.
Where I Generate Energy
When I'm not advising leaders, I split my time between the Hudson Valley, NY and Roatan, Honduras.
I generate energy underwater when I'm scuba diving. The ocean has taught me to let go of control, to let the current carry me to places in flow, and to be a kid again—full of wonder, play, and exploration.
I get out of my head and into my soul there. My best friend calls me a pearl diver into other people—and it's true both above and below water.
Why Leaders Work With Me
Most high-achieving leaders aren't struggling to succeed.
They're struggling to feel fulfilled while they do. They've scaled businesses, hit the metrics, and led teams at the highest level—but deep down, something's off.
That's not burnout. It's disconnection.
Most high-performing leaders arrive in Doing mode—chasing results, optimizing time, proving value. But fulfillment lives in the shift to Being—where leaders remember who they are beneath the roles and metrics. And when that remembering takes hold? That's when Becoming begins. Not just better leaders. But bolder humans. More grounded. More visionary. More whole.
What We Build Together:
Strategic clarity around your identity and values
Decision velocity powered by the Intuition Accelerant™
Energy reallocated toward what moves the needle
Legacy—delivered by design, not by default
I coach with the insight of an operator, the clarity of a strategist, and the courage of a thought provocateur. Because growth doesn't come from comfort. It comes from the right question, asked at the right time, by someone who's been there.
"Tracey's uncanny ability to derive meaning from the unspoken is a gift. Her operator credibility, strategic depth, and no B.S. style bring transformative clarity."

Why Audiences Book Me To Speak
I'VE SPOKEN AT TEDx, PE INVESTOR SUMMITS, AND GLOBAL CEO RETREATS—NOT JUST AS A SPEAKER, BUT AS SOMEONE WHO'S LIVED EVERY PHASE OF LEADERSHIP.
I bring audiences through transformation using unexpected stories—from Brazil's analog-to-digital revolution to Dubai's rise from desert to world class destination. My keynotes don't just inspire; they translate intuition and alignment from "soft skills" into measurable competitive advantages. Drawing on my Alice in Wonderland philosophy, I help leaders identify their white rabbit moments—those doorways to possibility they couldn't see before—and give them the courage to walk through.
I've done a lot of things. I've been a lot of things. Now, I've become simply Tracey—and my measure of success is time well spent.
You've got nothing left to prove. But everything ahead to become.
If your intuition is nudging you to go deeper—listen to it.
